Eye on Success: Watts Learning Center in Los Angeles

Watts Learning Center, an elementary charter school in South Los Angeles, was recently highlighted in a report by the California Charter Schools Association that looked at schools that are highly effective in educating African American students. It was also honored as Charter School of the Year in 2007. See a video about the report.
